What do I need to do ahead of my install?
One of our expert engineers will take care of your boiler installation, but there’s a couple of things to note before they arrive.
- Firstly, you’ll have to make sure you’re home during the agreed time slot so you can let your engineer in. But don’t worry – you can reschedule if you need to!
- The install itself should take no longer than a day, and you’ll need to switch off your mains water supply until your new boiler is up and running.
- Your engineer will need full access to your existing boiler and your radiators, as well as your gas meter and consumer unit – so you’ll have to make sure to remove anything that’s in the way.
- Once your new boiler’s installed – you’ll be well on your way to saving £££s on your energy costs.
