How do the ECO home improvements work?

Eco Benefits

Cavity Wall Insulation

Installing insulation in the hollow space of your home’s cavity walls can prevent heat loss and help you save £££s.

External Wall Insulation

Homes with solid walls can lose up to twice as much heat as modern cavity walls, so insulating the outside of your walls will help keep your house warm and save you £££s in the process.

Internal Wall Insulation

Installing insulation on the inside of your walls is a great way to stop your home losing heat. The less heat you lose, the less £££s you’ll waste.

Smart Controls

Having access to temperature controls through your smartphone means you can adjust your heating even when you’re not at home

Solar Panels

Generate your own electricity and reduce your carbon emissions by having solar panels installed.

Loft Insulation

Heat can also be lost through your roof. Insulating your loft is a simple and effective way to save money.

Heat Pumps

The amount of heat they produce far surpasses the electricity they use, and they last for at least 20 years. They’re also cheaper and last much longer than your average gas boiler!

Thermostatic
Radiator Valves

By allowing you to only heat the rooms you need, new radiator valves that work independent of each other will help you save money, save the environment, and give you more control over how you heat your home.

Boilers

Upgrading to an energy-efficient boiler can save you hundreds across the year. The less energy your boiler wastes, the warmer your home and the more money you save.
