We work with leading brands to offer top-quality systems tailored to your property and energy needs. During your design process with a Home Energy Consultant, we’ll provide all the specs and energy-saving estimates you need to make an informed decision.
Our highly skilled Utilita Home engineers handle everything from installation to ongoing maintenance. They’ll keep things tidy, work efficiently, and we’ll check in afterward to ensure you’re happy. For consistency, the same engineer will maintain your system, but if they’re unavailable, we’ll call on another trusted professional from our team.
Unlike a standard loan, the Hometree Solar Plan lets you spread costs over longer terms, reducing your monthly payments. It also includes system monitoring, inspections, unlimited repairs, and no callout fees – so you’re covered for the lifetime of the plan.
The Hometree Solar Plan goes beyond a typical warranty. With continuous system monitoring and regular inspections, Hometree can catch and fix issues before they affect your energy production. Plus, while warranties often cover only limited years, the Hometree Solar Plan provides repairs and replacements for up to 25 years.
Note: The plan doesn’t cover the removal and reinstallation of functioning solar equipment for roof repairs.
There’s a 14 day cooling-off period after signing your agreement, during which you can change your mind and cancel your agreement with no payment due. Once your system has been installed, you can end your plan at any time by paying the settlement amount outlined in your agreement, with no quibbles or penalties. The monitoring, maintenance, repair and replacement service provided by Hometree Finance will end, and no further payments will be due.
If you choose to upgrade your system, we can set you up with a new Solar Plan. Otherwise your plan, including system monitoring and repairs, will automatically end as per the terms of your agreement with Hometree Finance.
You can end your plan at any time by paying the settlement amount outlined in your agreement, with no quibbles or penalties. If you’re selling your home, you can pay this sum before putting your property on the market, or through your solicitor from the sale completion funds. Alternatively the buyer of your property can apply to take over the plan for the remaining term.
