Estimated savings depend on the insulation type installed:

  • Loft Insulation: £80 per year
  • Cavity Wall Insulation: £135 per year. Final savings will be confirmed after a property survey.
  • ECO4: Runs for four years and is set to end in April 2026.
  • GBIS: Introduced during the ECO4 scheme and will also run until April 2026.
