This virtual appointment is held over Teams and is where your Home Energy Consultant will show you your proposed solar design and discuss with you how it all works, what the benefits are, and answer any questions you may have. If you want to go on to the next step they will then organise the site survey.

Absolutely nothing! We don’t charge and arrange it at a time that is convenient for you.

28 days. We appreciate you may want to take a little time to think about it.

 

For systems over 3.68kW we have to apply to your local DNO (District Network Operator) for approval, this can take up to 8 weeks to receive back but we will keep you fully informed all the time. For smaller systems the process is much quicker and we will agree an install date with you for the earliest availability.
